One of the best things about the Address is the view from the balconies. Most of the rooms look out on the centerpiece of downtown Dubai, the world’s tallest building called the Burj Khalifa. And it is something to see. At nearly 2,000 feet, the Burj Khalifa is almost twice the height of the Empire State Building.

Dubai’s Burj Khalifa to Reopen Feb. 14 After Viewing Deck Shuts

Burj Khalifia, the world’s tallest tower, will reopen on Feb. 14 following the closure of its 124th- floor observation deck, according to ticket sellers for the Dubai attraction. Ambulances were sent to the tower on Feb. 6 to treat 12 people who had been stranded in a stalled elevator and “dozens” of others who had been trapped on the observation platform, according to Fahad Al Zarouni, deputy director of operations at Dubai’s Center for Ambulance Services. None were hospitalized.

RTA female staff explore sky high views from Burj Khalifa

The Women Committee, Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) has recently held a unique entertainment tour for as many as 120 RTA female employees and wives of RTA employees, to the top of Burj Khalifa during which they enjoyed a thrilling sky-high view of the Dubai City from the tallest man-made structure in the planet. The tour, which will remain live in the memories of all participants, included taking a lunch high in the sky, attending water shows, a tour of the tower and taking memorable photos.
