Master developer Emaar Properties has launched ‘Boulevard Point’ in Downtown Dubai, the company’s flagship mega-development.

According to a media statement by Emaar, ‘Boulevard Point’ will feature 297 one- to three-bedroom residences across 63 storeys, and will be offered for sale to discerning investors on January 25, 2014. Select apartments in the new project will open to views of the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, and The Dubai Fountain, the world’s tallest performing fountain.

“Boasting a lifestyle that is privy to a select few, ‘Boulevard Point’ is designed to reflect the diversity and vibrancy of Downtown Dubai, with stone countertops, pendant lights, and glass paneling implemented to enhance each living space with a tasteful, modern aesthetic,” Emaar’s media statement describes the project.

‘Boulevard Point’ will house facilities and amenities such as swimming pools, dedicated children’s area, fully-equipped gymnasium, and a community-centric lawn and barbeque deck.

Located above The Dubai Mall extension, ‘Boulevard Point’ will offer direct access to The Dubai Mall through a dedicated bridge link, and views of The Old Town and Souk Al Bahar.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Managing Director, Emaar Properties, said: “Meeting the demand for serviced residences as second homes in Dubai, ‘Boulevard Point’ will redefine the luxury living experience. Positioned within walking distance to the city’s new cultural hub, The Opera District, ‘Boulevard Point’ will give residents a spectacular mix of arts and culture, in the world’s most prestigious square kilometre.” More info
