The developer, Emaar Properties, announced yesterday that it has formally handed over apartments to owners in Armani Residences.

The flats have been developed through a collaboration between Emaar and fashion designer Giorgio Armani.

The one and two-bedroom apartments are located on levels nine to 16, with views of the city and Downtown Dubai.  They range in size from 100 to 200 square metres.

Residents have access to the amenities at the newly-opened Armani Hotel Dubai, including eight shops and a spa, as well as the Burj Khalifa’s four swimming pools, residents’ lounge, health and fitness facilities, and At.mosphere, a restaurant on Level 122.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, the managing director of Emaar Properties UAE, said: “Burj Khalifa has now truly come to life with the first residential community in the luxurious Armani Residences.”
