Emaar Properties, Dubai-based developer, will be launching Rasha, a new villa extension in Arabian Ranches.
Real estate agents had confirmed to Emirates 24/7 of a briefing on the project on Monday.
A statement issued later by the developer said Rasha will have only 140 four- to six-bedroom villas and will reflect the architectural features of Spanish coastal villas.
The community will have a wide array of lifestyle amenities including a salon, dedicated grocery store, medical clinic, schools, and a day care centre for the young ones. It will also have several multi-cuisine food and beverage outlets.
