At its pavilion in Zabeel Hall, Emaar Hospitality Group is highlighting two of its crowning accomplishments in the past one year – the world’s first Armani Hotel in Burj Khalifa; and the award winning portfolio of The Address Hotels + Resorts in Dubai, which is the Host Hotel Group and Official Accommodation Provider for ATM’s Hosted Buyer’s Programme. Also on showcase is Emaar’s diverse entertainment & leisure portfolio.

Mr Marc Dardenne, Chief Executive Officer, Emaar Hospitality Group, said “This year’s ATM holds a special place for Emaar by demonstrating the delivery of iconic hospitality projects that put the spotlight on Dubai.”

“Since the launch of The Address Hotels + Resorts in 2008, Emaar Hospitality Group has taken significant strides in the hospitality business by proving our strengths in developing landmark projects. Both Armani Hotel Dubai and The Address Hotels are a reiteration of the competencies of Dubai in creating luxury lifestyle hotel ventures,” he said.

Mr Dardenne added: “The travel and hospitality business in Dubai and the wider Middle East region is poised for a strong revival as per estimates by the UN World Tourism Organisation. Visitor arrivals to Dubai too are robust. As a perfect complement to the travel trade, the hospitality sector must create unique leisure experiences for visitors – one of the operational philosophies of Emaar Hospitality Group.”

The Address Hotels + Resorts, today, has a portfolio of five properties in Dubai – The Address Downtown Dubai, The Address Dubai Mall, The Address Dubai Marina, The Address Montgomerie Dubai and The Palace – The Old Town, together with a hotel room inventory of over 900 guest rooms and 1575 serviced residences. All five properties reflect the founding ethos of The Address brand including a unique location, superior guest service and tangible guest benefits.

As part of its global expansion and a reiteration of the trust of international markets in its hotel management capabilities, The Address has won management contracts for the luxury Jnan Amar Polo Retreat in Morocco and Domaine de Lavagnac, an award winning golf retreat project developed by Residence De Lavagnac SARL in Languedoc-Roussillon, South of France.

Armani Hotel Dubai, the first hotel to open under a partnership between Emaar Properties and fashion legend Giorgio Armani, sets a new benchmark in global luxury hospitality. Reflecting the pure elegance, simplicity and sophisticated comfort that define Armani’s signature style, the hotel is the realisation of the designer’s long-held dream to bring his sophisticated style to life in the most complete way and offer his customers a Stay with Armani experience.

The pavilion of Emaar Hospitality Group at ATM will also provide visitors with an overview of the various entertainment and leisure attractions within Emaar Retail including At the Top, Burj Khalifa, the world’s highest observatory deck with an outdoor terrace in Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. Also on showcase are SEGA Republic, the Middle East’s first and largest of its kind indoor theme park; and KidZania®, the first of its kind children’s edutainment centre – both in The Dubai Mall.

Emaar Hospitality Group has a total portfolio of hospitality and leisure project assets of AED 3.7 billion (US$1 billion). The group owns and manages a diversified portfolio of assets such as hotels, serviced residences, golf resorts, polo and equestrian club, recreation clubs, and the Dubai Marina Yacht Club and Marinas.
