Biggest accomplishment for CoxGomyl in the region so far is the hand over of the world's most complicated project: The task to keep the 24,000 window panels' façade of the world's tallest building Burj Khalifa in Dubai spotless. CoxGomyl Integrated Solution Division got involved in the Burj Khalifa project at an early stage in order to offer esthetic solutions by integrating all external maintenance and cleaning facilities into the building design.

The company will oversee Damac Properties' first serviced apartment development, 'Burjside Boulevard,' in the exclusive Downtown Dubai/Burj Khalifa precinct. In addition, the service will also be made available to residents of other premium Damac Properties' projects.

The other attractions within the Burj Khalifa have an air of glamour that visitors have come to expect from Dubai. Elevating its sleek factor: the Armani hotel and spa, which opened last spring at the tower’s base. The attention to detail and luxury is evident in chocolate-colored décor and a spa offering part- and full-day sessions, an outdoor pool and various treatments.

Delta Sound has provided sound syncronisation and fireworks for the opening of Dubai's Burj Khalifa, the tallest man-made structure in the world. To get to "At the Top," the observation deck's, you have to enter through The Dubai Mall’s lower-ground level.
