The ‘High Lunch’ is offered both at the At.mosphere Grill and the At.mosphere Lounge, assuring an unprecedented experience for busy executives or leisure guests.
Executive Chef Dwayne Cheer said: “We have put together an innovative and delectable menu, created to suit the needs of business executives. The High Lunch at At.mosphere is about delicious food keeping in mind guests time constraints and is perfect for those who want to take a refreshing break from routine office lunches or give their business schedule a new twist.”
At.mosphere Grill’s ‘High Lunch,’ changes every week, featuring fresh salads, soups and the chef’s special with signature dishes of the season giving guests an opportunity to re-live a new dining experience with each meal.
Meals can also be rounded up with a selection of ice creams and sorbets or the French cheese of the day, served with chutneys and toasted walnut bread. While availing of lunch at At.mosphere Grill residents of Dubai can present their business card on arrival, to be placed into a raffle for the possibility to win an afternoon tea that is drawn after every two weeks.
The ‘High Lunch’ at At.mosphere Lounge has a more casual tone to it with relaxing lounge music and outstanding views of the Arabian Gulf. The lunch itself includes a juicy At.mosphere grilled steak sandwich featuring sun dried tomato bread, caramelised onions and rocket salad. In addition to this, it is served with chips, green salad on the side and a soft drink of choice.
The ‘High Lunch’ at the At.mosphere Grill is served from 12.30 to 2:30pm and is priced at AED 200 per person for a two-course meal and AED 300 per person for a three-course meal. The ‘High Lunch’ at the At.mosphere Lounge, also served from 12 to 4pm, is priced at AED 120 per person.
