Emaar Properties on Sunday announced to build a new hotel in Downtown area and that will be the second tallest property in the high-end area, according to chief executive officer for retail Arif Amiri. Amiri did not disclose value of the project and even declined to give the sale price. “We will announce the price at public launch on September 22,” he told reporters at a news conference.

The Burj Khalifa show was divided into four acts symbolizing the festive and vibrant atmosphere of DSF and of Dubai itself. Visitors to the observatory deck, located on Level 124 of Emaar Properties’ global icon Burj Khalifa, increased 13 per cent in 2013, up from 1.66 million visitors the previous year.

Burj Khalifa’s viewing deck At the Top has increased the ticket prices for early purchase dated and timed general admission for adults from Dh100 to Dh125 and for children (aged between four and 12) from Dh75 to Dh95.
